Return Policy
Tumblers
All tumblers are final sale. Care instructions are included with each purchase and listed on the product page. Tumblers are to be washed using a soft cloth and warm soapy water - nothing else. Other cleaners may slowly break down the integrity of the topcoat, ruining the food safe finish and expose the artwork below to damage. Do not store your tumblers below freezing temperatures. Be mindful if using hand sanitizer or essential oils while drinking from your tumbler. This too may break down the coating.
Since I cannot confirm how the tumblers have been cared for once purchased, I cannot offer a refund on any of these products.
Artwork
All artwork is final sale. Images of the artwork are displayed as closely as possible to their true nature. Please contact me for If you would like additional images prior to purchase. All artwork is checked for damage and packaged for shipping with care. In most cases, I will ship with Canada Post. Once the artwork is shipped, it is a final sale. If there is damage to your artwork upon receiving the package, please document with images and notify me within 2-3 days so that we may address the situation immediately.
Leatherwork
Leatherwork purchased directly from the store is exchangeable within 15 days provided the product has not been used or damaged and is returned in its original packing. All products are non - refundable at this time. Please contact me as soon as possible to address any questions or concerns. All product dimensions are listed with the product information. If you are unsure whether the product you are interested in will fit the items you require, please email me before purchasing the item and I will do my best to help find you the best match and ensure that it will fit. If you are interested in a product but need a different size, in most cases I can make a custom product to suit. All custom made products however, are non- exchangeable and non - refundable.
I encourage any and all questions to be addressed prior to purchasing an item. For exchanges, please contact me at avram_kat@outlook.com. If your request to exchange is accepted, I will send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
