The most important part of my artistic practice is the creative process. Exploration of material and techniques, ideas and form. Like all other facets of life, taking the time to learn and grow, master new skills and challenge myself is integral to success. Creative freedom allows me to merge material with my own personal ideas, providing unlimited ways to channel and communicate what I want to express. However, the challenge of working within a provided set of boundaries or guidelines also gives a renewed sense of focus and fulfillment. When the opportunity arises, it is always rewarding to work with others, share ideas and work to see those brought to life.
